Refund policy

We have a no return and no cancellation policy. 

Sindy’s Creations will not replace an order that was lost or damaged by the mailing carrier. The customer will need to file a claim with the responsible carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
